INFORMATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Current Term Requirements (per Bylaws approved 9/2020)

Nominations may be made in advance of the meeting for presentation at the meeting or made from the floor of the meeting (with consent of nominee) using the  appropriate form.  Members are welcome to nominate themselves.  There is no requirement to be nominated by someone else.

Trustee – Nominated by the board member or participant at the annual board meeting.

• Must have two years of continuous abstinence to serve on the board.
• Elected at annual convention board meeting for a term of two (2) years.
• May serve two full consecutive terms, then may not serve for a period of one year.
• May be nominated by a board member to fill an un-expired term of a board member who cannot fulfill their current term. At the end of that completed partial term, may be nominated by a board member for a full two-year term and may then serve two full terms if nominated and elected.

Officer – Elected for a one year term by the board members and may not serve in that same position consecutively.

Treasurer – Elected for a two year term by the board members and may not serve in that same position consecutively
